I came across this and love it! I instantly knew I needed to use it for one of my Sunday Encouragement quotes. We see such a small piece of others (even close friends) that it is virtually impossible to judge them. Thank goodness it’s not our job to judge, right? We might only see the “mom at the school” part or the “woman at church” part or the “lost her temper with her child at the store” part of someone. We cannot see the million other factors, experiences and reasons surrounding that small aspect of the person that we see. So let’s just assume that, like us, others aren’t perfect and others have battles going on that no one else can see. Then I think it’s a lot easier to be kind and try to lift others rather than pull out our snap judgements and feel a sense of superiority.
I hope you have a wonderful Sunday, friends!
