Sunday Encouragement: Showing Gratitude {11.23.14}

I love this quote because it takes gratitude in a little different direction than I usually think of it around Thanksgiving time.  At Thanksgiving I think I usually think of all of the many THINGS I am grateful for…. my family, my home, my freedom, my health, etc.  But this made me think more specifically in terms of all of the wonderful things others do for me & how grateful I am for THEM.  I’m grateful FOR my husband but I am specifically grateful for how hard he works to provide for our family, for how he gets up early to get the older kids to school, for how he sings his silly songs around our house all the time, how he always remembers when it’s garbage day and how he makes us all laugh every day (among a million other things, of course).  I need to thank him for these things and show him gratitude more often.
