Sunday Encouragement: You Are What You Do {6.1.14}

I guess this really could be interpreted in a couple of different ways…. 1) Good intentions mean nothing if you don’t follow through or 2) Don’t say you’ll do things if you can’t/won’t/have no intention of doing them.  Either way I love this quote as I’m a big “stop talking and start doing” kind of a person.   I think talking has it’s place, of course, but eventually something needs to happen or else it’s just words.  How about you?  What do you think this quote means?
