When I came across this phrase “Every Summer Has A Story” it totally rang true for me! Every summer really does have a story! A large majority of the stories of my childhood are from family summer road trips or summer days spent in the irrigated backyard. Jumping on the trampoline with the sprinkler under it was also a highlight of each year. Summer is when things happen and “things happening” is what life is all about. As my kids get older I have begun to cherish our summers more. Pretty soon they will be off with summer jobs, internships, summer semesters at college and it will be harder to get everyone together to create these summer stories.
