I finally up and made a basic burlap wreath a few weeks ago during the summer months. You can see how I did it HERE. I had been eyeing them for a while and I knew that it would be so easy to adapt for each season but I didn’t know it would be this easy! Once you invest a little time in the burlap part, the accessorizing is the fun part that you can change out over & over again!
Below is what it looked like after I had originally embellished it for a summer look. To change it to a more fall look, I simply popped off the flowers I had lightly hot glued on and then lightly hot glued on different faux flowers in orange, yellow and a hint of blue. I love hot glue so so so much… it keeps things where you need them, for however long you need them to be there…. but then, when you’re ready for a change, it doesn’t hold on for dear life! Hot glue is a crafting miracle. Seriously.
I kept the white monogram and bow in place and I think it all works together to help ring in the fall months!
I love a good 10 minute Fall project! And I love boots & sweater weather… c’mon Fall! You can’t get here fast enough.
