As a stay-at-home mom I enjoy many freedoms when it comes to my time and schedule. For the most part, I get to decide when I do things. HOWEVER, along with that “freedom” comes some… how should I say… poor use of time/bad time management skills. I have this mentality of “Oh I can just do that later, I’ve got all the time in the world!” This sometimes doesn’t quite work out, as you can imagine. Are you the same way? I’ve been meaning to create this type of printable to do list forever. One where I can prioritize the things I need to accomplish throughout the week so I can stay on task and get the important stuff done!
I have tried a lot of different to do lists but none quite fit my needs. I don’t like daily ones because my week is usually pretty free flow… I have some things I gotta get done but not necessarily on a particular day. Plus, I don’t really like sitting down and planning out every single day to the minute. A good once-a-week planning sesh is plenty for me to figure out what’s happening and what needs to happen.
A run through of the MUST DOs, ASAPs and EVENTUALLYs has been amazing to keep me on track! Plus the days of the week below is where I can write things in that actually DO need to happen on a particular day. If you’d like you can use those spaces to meal plan too!
I needed lots of space to write tasks as well. My to do lists tend to grow as the week goes on and I wanted plenty of room to write those in. I also LOVE checking things off so I may or may not write down things I’ve already done so I can check it off. It’s a sickness.
So if you’re looking to prioritize your week at a glance this is perfect! I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks now and I love it! No fluff. Just lists of things you gotta do, need to do and could do.
I keep mine by my computer and when I start getting distracted by Pinterest I can get myself back on track quickly! No more “Where did that hour just go??” 🙂
If you’d like to use this you can download it HERE. Print it out and give it a try! It will hopefully help to make this holiday season much more organized!
The to do list is just what I needed! Thank you
Oooh, I love this printable. I hear all the time the importance of prioritizing your tasks, but I’ve never actually seen a printable that follows that practice.
I’ve featured your printable on a roundup post on my blog. This will be so helpful for my readers!
OH so glad you like it! Thanks for sharing!
I can’t seem to access the printable. Do you have a better link?

Love you printable, thanks for sharing. I will be cutting and laminating for my new planner. Be blessed.
Where is the download button as I can’t find it amongst all the spam adds on the site, the only button that does look legit doesn’t do anything?
Hi Sam. Sorry the ads are so annoying! The link to download it is in the text at the very bottom of the post. Thanks!
