Fun and creative lunch ideas for your kids! You get to be a little creative and they eat more healthy foods… win win!
It’s back to school time and that means making lunches! I don’t know how it was for you but I had the same “cold lunch” from home every day growing up. A peanut butter and strawberry jam sandwich (my mom made the jam, of course) with the indentation of an apple where the jam seeped through, an apple (naturally), and a baggie full of chips. Not a ziploc bag, a fold over bag. Oh, and when is say “chips” I mean “crushed chip dust” by the time it made it to lunch time each day. Ah, those were the days!
But please, you don’t need to torture your kids in this way… not with all of these amazingly creative and fun lunch ideas! Your child will be so excited to open their lunch at school! And it will be like you are sending them a little hug each day in the form of a darling little lunch. My mom loved me too… but she didn’t have Pinterest! 🙂

These are some great ideas. Thanks for sharing. I’m going to try some this fall! My one question is, do your kids really eat most of the food that you would normally eat warm when it’s cold in their lunch?? I don’t think mine would go for it, but I’m going to try!!
I love these ideas. Just wondering how you keep eggs, tacos, things with hot dogs or cream cheese at a safe temp before they open at lunch?
