I have a really fun and easy and INEXPENSIVE Christmas craft for you all today! I am putting together my mantel for this year (can’t wait to finish up!) and made this cute DIY Boxwood Wreath Garland for it. And the best part?? It was only $3.00! Can you believe that? Three dollars and about 20 minutes of my time. You can not beat that! PLUS I love it. Read on to see how I made it!
Christmas Craft: DIY Boxwood Wreath Garland
The key to making this for a mere $3 is the Target Dollar Spot (the best!). I found this cute roll of boxwood “greenery garland” for only $3! And it’s like 19 feet of the stuff. Amazing, right? If you can’t find it at your Target then you really could make this out of any thin greenery… don’t let that stop you!
To make it, I simply decided on how big I wanted my wreaths and started wrapping the greenery into a loop. I went around about 3 times. Then I used twine to wrap it together and tied the twine in a knot leaving long-ish ends.
Then I taped up some twine on my mantel and using the long ends of twine on each wreath, I tied them to the twine I had taped up. Easy, right? Then I cut off the long ends and arranged my wreaths how I wanted them on the twine and I was done!
Easy and fun to make and so cheap! I love my five little wreaths and they are the perfect detail to my mantel this year. Give them a try and string them up wherever you’d like! They would be awesome over a large mirror or across a window too! Happy Christmas crafting!

I just picked up 3 packages of this a few days ago. I love what you’ve done with it. đŸ˜‰
do you know if you can buy the garland outside of the holiday season? I would love to do this in my kitchen for everyday decorating.
