When you research instant pots, a lot of the hype revolves around how quickly it will cook a big hunk of meat. “Cooks chicken breasts in 10 minutes!” “Make an entire pot roast meal in 30 minutes!”
While this is impressive, we should not overlook the instant pot’s ability to make delicious vegetable dishes as well. Corn on the cob… cooks in 2 minutes! TWO! And carrots cook in 3 minutes. This is insanity! No more excuses to not have a delightful veggie accompanying any meal. Well, no excuse of not having the time anyway. 🙂 .
